Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A reverse pickup fee of ₹150 will be charged for exchanges.
Products can be exchanged only once. After that, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Ensure the original product tag and packaging is intact while returning the product.
If a product is returned, delivery and reverse pickup costs will be borne by the customer.
If you receive a wrong, missing, or defective item, you will not bear any additional costs. However, you must initiate a complaint within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Complaints submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Products returned without all original packaging and other items included at the time of delivery.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that have been worn or washed.
Products purchased during clearance or flash sales.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 3-4 working days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
Delivery and reverse pickup charges will be deducted from the paid amount.
